Why Bangladesh Team was struggled in 2014?

When maximum batsman of a team fail to score runs then how do that team can performed well? So this is the main reason that why Bangladesh team was struggled to win any kind of match (Can be T20, ODI or Test) in 2014. Almost every Bangladeshi Batsman was out off Form in 2014! So Bangladesh fails to manage good fighting score or fail to chase any scores (runs) 2014.

Only Opening batsman Anamul Haque and Captain Mushfiqur Rahim played some big innings in this year. And other key players like as opening batsman Tamim Iqbal, middle-order bating allrounder Mahmudullah, and finishing allrounder Nasir Hossain fails to manage big scores in this year. They fail matches after matches. There haven’t any options for BD team to recover it. Because we all know that BD team hasn’t any great player who can make the big difference to win matches.

We also know that Shakib Al Hasan is the main player of Bngladesh team. But unfortunately BCB was suspending him in this year for unclear reason!  So if your main player is not playing then how do you get confidence or how do you perform well to win matches?

Team selecting is the big part of cricket. So, if your team is not perfect then how do you win matches? Recently Bangladesh team management gets 4 specialists opening batsmen in some ODI matches! Mominul Haque performed well in number 3 position but they drop him from ODI!
